Elaine sat at the control console in front of the armored window as Sally turned the wheel to actuate the outer door of the airlock. This short story is really well written, with everything that a horny sci-fi lover could want shape-shifters, sex and aliens (oh my).
I absolutely loved this story about a strangely arousing blob. Sophie draws you in immediately in the set up of the plot, making you want to read more, and creates a sexual air to the alien blob right from the beginning. The two main female characters are described in fantastic detail, and you can really picture them in your mind's eye. The sex scenes start off tentative, and quickly escalate to amazingly hot. I loved the way there are small peaks in the sex scenes before the big climax at the end. Again, loved this story, and I will definitely be reading the rest of this author's library! All in all, a really hot story with just the right balance of plot and raunchy sex.
This story reminds me of a story I read as a teen and stuck with me through the years. In that story, the titular alien has two cocks and goes to town on a lucky woman, and this story instantly brought the memory of that back up.
Sally and Elaine definitely get it and get it good in this short, but a few odd sentences keep this from being all it could be. Also, though the mention of the time period lends itself well to the diving suit, I think it's an unneeded detail. The action is great, descriptive and hot, and I think I might be marking this as a favorite and coming back to it, despite the minor issues.
